Maximum Allowable Body Fat Standards

Soldiers scoring 540+ on ACFT (min 80 pts/event) are exempt from body fat assessment.

Army Weight Reference
The Army uses both weight screening and body fat measurements. Soldiers are first screened against maximum weight standards for their height and age. Those exceeding the limit proceed to the body fat assessment.
